great hotel in the heart of Paris. Love it, clean, comfortbale, BIG ROOMS for Paris hotel, and the best part for us as family with 10 and 13 kids, they have CONNECTED ROOMS, so no worries about the kids, and at the same time everyone have privacy.

Loved how welcoming and kind the reception staff were especially Ms. Araci and the house-keeping staff (i did not catch his name) who kindly took the time to show me how to work the in room coffee machine. The rooms and every part of the hotel was always very clean. Loved how close the Miromesnil metro station was (just a two minute walk) and there were so many shops and restaurants nearby.

Good location, quiet, convenient and close to good restaurants and facilities. the staff is so friendly and amazing, I told them I’m calling your hotel the smiley hotel because the staff was very hospitable and smiling always, Araci in particular was so helpful and welcoming upon check in and out, thank you really. the breakfast is very good, fresh and tasty and offers exactly what you need.

The hotel is located in a street leading to the Elysee palace in a traditional Parisian building that has been transformed into a modern hotel. I was upgraded on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant room. Bedding was very comfortable and the amenities provided were good. Personnel was professional and caring. Breakfast was well supplied buffet with plenty of choices. Reception area is modern and pleasant. Location is fabulous for the fashion-minded (just block away from the Faubourg St. Honoré with all the fashion outlet strung along the street. Easy access to metro (5 mins away). And finally, plenty of restaurants around (I love oysters!!)

Amazing staff was entirely dedicated to make my stay memorable. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel truly home. Big thanks to Mrs Araci and Maysha also to my good friends Mamadou and Emile. You truly made my stay stress free. Cannot wait to come back soon.

We really like the frontline staff - Mamadon and Maysha, served us very well. They were extremely helpful and help us when we do need support or help. The lady who serves in the breakfast area, Tsering. They made our stay very memorable and super helpful. Thank you to such a wonderful team in the frontline.

The room was more spacious than many other Paris options, the decor of the lobby was really nice, the hotel was a good size and within walking distance of some cool areas, and the staff was great! Our room had a bag of macarons and a welcome note at check-in. Housekeeping even left us candy or cookies each day when they made the room up; it was a nice detail!

The Hotel staff was very helpful, polite and assisted my mother who requires wheelchair at all times. We loved our stay at this property. It is very close to all main attractions in the city and we could travel everywhere by taxi

Comfortable bed, large bathroom with a drying rack which was very helpful in Paris December. the breakfast is very good. Only ten minutes walk from Champs Elysees and surrounded by good restaurants, pubs and grocery shops.
